The above fitness standards apply to cadets in Phase 1, to include all new cadets. Please match your age and gender with the standards for each physical event.
- Sit & Reach: Measured in centimeters (cm) using a fitness sit and reach box.
- Curl Ups: Otherwise known at “Sit Ups”. Max repetitions performed in one minute, timed.
- Push Ups: Max repetitions, paced at one repetition every three seconds, not timed.
*These standards must be met to pass each Cadet Physical Fitness Test required in Phase 1 for each promotion.
